Quotes and bookings
Every quote is per airframe, per airport and per time window. A booking request submitted through this website is a request, not a confirmation: the service is confirmed only when you receive our written approval.
Access and permits
The customer is responsible for authorising Terso crews to access the aircraft and the airside area, or for obtaining that authorisation from the handling agent or FBO. Airport fees, escort fees and hangar charges are not included unless stated in the quote.
Cancellations
A confirmed service can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed start time. Later cancellations, or crews turned away at the airport, may be charged the travel and call-out costs stated in the quote.
Products and methods
We use only products approved for aircraft use and follow the manufacturer’s cleaning recommendations for paint, composites, brightwork, windows and cabin materials. Pre-existing damage is documented in the photographic report before work starts.
Liability
Terso holds liability insurance for its operations. Our liability for any service is limited to the value of that service, except where the law provides otherwise.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the place where Terso has its registered office, unless mandatory consumer rules apply.
